Situated 10 minutes walk from the heart of Megeve, this south facing apartment looks over the picturesque valley of Arly and provides a perfect holiday base for winter skiing and summer hiking.  

Layout
The apartment sleeps four: one bedroom with a king size bed, plus a mezzanine with two single beds. The lounge area has a  log burning fireplace and a double aspect south facing balcony. This leads to a fully equipped kitchen with bar area that includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and 4 ring electric hob. There is an additional dining area, bathroom and a separate toilet. Additional Facilities
The outdoor swimming pool, for the exclusive use of residents, provides a welcome place to relax in summer after a days exercise, and the covered garage invaluable for protecting your car from the elements in winter. Only half a floor up from the main entrance, the apartment also has a ski locker in the basement which is one and a half floors down.

Proximity to Ski Slopes
The Rochbrune cable car can be reached by a 10 minute walk, a 2 minute drive or a free shuttle bus (navette), that can be picked up 2 minutes walk from the apartment on the way to the cable car. For the adventurous, Chamonix, and the Vallee Blanche is only a 40 minute drive away, with transport and ski guides available from the Megeve 'Bureau De Guides'. 

Ski Terrain

Megeve boasts 120 ski lifts including 4 cable cars and 11 gondolas. It caters for all standards of skier and has excellent on slope creche facilities to cater for children from the age of 3. For extreme skiing , you will not do better than the world class resort of Grands Montets in Argentiere
only 45 minutes away by  car.
